DOPPELGÄNGER

The Campanier, our non-profit fanzine, returns to talk about itself through the illustrations and stories of the Campania artists.
Double, duplicitous, and duplicity. Words and meanings that have fascinated since the dawn of time, and still do, artists and writers, but also legends and myths of ordinary people. A very famous urban legend that dates back to 1969, wants that a man called Alfred, on live radio, mentioned knowing a chilling secret about the Beatles: according to this man, Paul Mc Cartney, following his death in a car accident, had been replaced by a perfect double.
Our excursus into the world of the Double starts from the stories and myths, continues with a psychological point of view, and then gradually looks out to its application in the world of art, literature, and movie, and why not, even in the technology of recent years.
